Vintage Pink and Green Banner

Yesterday, I made a trip to Melrose Vintage in Phoenix. It is my now my FAVORITE store. I have been there a number of times and I LOVE it more each time that I go. I was looking for inspiration and furniture for my daughters "big girl" room...the one I keep talking about but won't really be able to complete for a year, when she is ready to give up sleeping in the crib. Anyway, I discovered an extremely creative banner that I had to make my own version of. I made my way to the paper/scrapbook/stamp side of the store and began collecting everything (and much more) that I would need to make a similar one. I got home, put my daughter down for her nap and began taking the treasures out of the bag. I set everything up on the kitchen table so I would have plenty space to create...
First, I covered the chipboard pieces with the adorable pink and green paper.
Second, I covered the chipboard letters with glitter.
Then I glued the letters and the paper covered pieces together. I let them dry for a bit and then I was ready to do the fun part..............................................adding the embellishments!!!!!! Just then my daughter woke up and I had to postpone the rest of the project until she went to bed (although, I did add a few things while she was eating a snack).
I know this is a bad picture but this is what it looks like finished. You can't see how cute it really is because I can't take a quality picture. I took close up shots of my favorite letters that you can see below.

I hope you like the vintage pink and green banner as much as I do.
