Pending (again)

That's right!  After patiently waiting since submitting an offer at the end of July the house is finally PENDING.  The short sale process takes forever and I'm so glad that it's almost over.  The inspection and appraisal were today and we are all set to close on or before December 16th.  I can't wait to get in there with some cleaning supplies, paint and a lot of tools.  Here are a few pictures of what it looks like now...I have a 4 page list of the changes that will begin to take place once I get the keys.

 I can't wait for the house to close and the construction to begin.  The DIY posts and before and after photos will be posted as we work on all sorts of projects to make this house a home.
